I love working with wood and acrylics as well as helping my community. This business is a way to do both. I make products by hand that are functional, beautiful, and long lasting. I volunteer with the fire department as well as rescue. I also give 10% of my sales to local first responders as a way to give back to the community.
Working with wood is something that I have enjoyed for quite a while. It actually started in Boy Scouts. Boy Scouts exposed me to many different activities on my way to becoming an Eagle Scout, including the pine wood derby. My love for working with wood has continued to grow to today. I have since expanded the materials I use to include acrylics and mixed media.
I have been a volunteer firefighter for my hometown since September 2016. I wouldn't trade it for the world. I am thankful that I have the opportunity to assist people in a meaningful way. I have seen many first responders risk their lives over and over again. Because of this, I have chosen to donate 10% of all proceeds to local fire/ rescue departments.
